Vertical Garden

Jan 12 – Report

I took the plants and fish home over the winter break, sadly all of my plants died and didn’t make it, my fish became cannibals over the break by eating my mother’s fighting fish. Luckily all my fish are still alive, and many have grown a lot. One fish doesn’t seem to have grown but is as fast as the others, continuing with school work I haven’t had enough time to begin planting new plants.

Dec 15 – Report

The vertical garden is still working, it hasn’t been overflowing, although plants seem to be having a hard time, many have died.

Nov 24 – Report

I’ve gotten 10 feeder fish, I hope that they will out last the average record for how long fish live within our school. Plants seems to be fine.

Nov 10 – Report

The vertical garden is now functional and at school, it has stayed in the makerspace well I test if the water is completely secure. I planted a few plants of lettuce and some rosemary.

Oct 27 – Report

I’ve put the wheels on, the platform has been bolted to the basic structure. I’ve add the gutters as well, and the fish tank is now on a slider. It has also been transported to school. It did fit through the doorways at first but after a few changes it fits perfectly.

Sept 29 – Report

I’ve begun working on platform, drilling holes into platform for wheels. Everything seems to be going well even though I’ve started late.

Sept 22 – Report

I’ve finished cutting all the wood piece required for the basic structure, I’ve also changed the design a bit more.

Sept 15 – Report

I’ve begun cutting wood with my Dad outside, frightening at first with the big saw, now it feels like I’ve been doing it for years. The building process is going well, along with the sawing.

Sept 8 – Report

I couldn’t use my father’s saw over the summer because of his job, luckily he has created time beginning now for me to begin. I have begun starting the first phase of the project, I’ve purchased the required materials, and changed the design a bit.

June 16 – Report

The expert has not replied and the school year is ending. The plan is to continue into the summer alone and have the vertical garden ready for next year.

June 9 – Report

Dad ready to help, I’ve also found an expert in gardening will attempt to contact. Tomorrow is earliest possibility for him to respond. I hope that soon I will be able to put my design into action.

May 26 – Report

After finishing up lots of school work and preparing time to begin vertical garden, I’m not sure where to begin. I asked sister for help, because she was supposed to help with the planning and guide me, she denies this thought and only said that she agreed to build the vertical garden.

April 28 – Report

The vertical garden was denied at first, although many people have changed their opinions. The vertical garden is now being funded, I’m excited about what will happen next.

Hello there! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog. Is it very hard to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

It’s not difficult at all, edublogs gives you a thorough tutorial as well as many other blog sites. Even if there isn’t a tutorial you could always search for guides on blogs online. Just make sure that you have a schedule that allows you to post regularly.
